At Capone, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn and unwashed items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number along with your email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box to ensure faster processing.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
